Vince's Asian Bistro was opened at O'Fallon Plaza on October 2006.   Our chef and owner, Vince also a former owner of Mandarin House at St. Louis Union Station. brings the best of Chinese and Korean foods to your table. We  use only top quality ingredients.  There are no pre-mixed sauces in the entrees that we cook.  Therefore, each dish has its own unique taste.  From Pot Sticker appetizers to Mango pudding dessert all made freshly in our own kitchen from scratch
